Purchase Agreement

This Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing your purchase of the Mindset Mastery Academy ("Membership"). By purchasing the Membership, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Access Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Membership, including its resources, coaching, and community features, based on the selected tier or package.

2. Payment Terms

  • Membership fees are due at the time of purchase and will recur based on the billing cycle you select (monthly or annually).

  • All payments are processed securely. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your account for the agreed-upon amount.

3. Refund Policy

  • Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in our Terms and Conditions.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the Membership.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your Membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Unauthorized Sharing Membership access is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or Membership resources with others is prohibited and may result in termination without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property All content and materials provided through the Membership are the intellectual property of Mindset Mastery Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without prior written consent.

7. Termination of Membership We reserve the right to terminate your Membership for violations of this Agreement, our Terms and Conditions, or community guidelines. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

8. Modifications to the Agreement We may update this Agreement as necessary. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
